How to Connect Your Shopify Store with Markifact

This guide will help you connect your Shopify store with Markifact in a few simple steps.

Step 1: Find Your Shopify Store ID

Your Store ID is in your Shopify admin URL:

1. Log in to your Shopify admin dashboard
2. Look at the URL in your browser
3. Find the text after /store/ in the URL

• Example: In https://admin.shopify.com/store/markifact-demo, your Store ID is markifact-demo

Step 2: Get Your Shopify Access Token

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Apps and sales channels
2. Click Develop apps and enable custom app development if needed
   
3. Click Create app and name it "Markifact" or any name
   
4. Click Configure Admin API Scopes and select these permissions:
   • read_orders
   • read_customers
   • read_inventory
     
5. Click Save, then Install app
   
6. Click Reveal token and copy your access token (you'll only see it once)
   

Step 3: Connect to Markifact

1. Head back to your Markifact account
2. Enter your Shopify Store ID and Access Token
3. Click Connect to complete setup
