Markifact is an AI marketing automation platform built for marketers. Workflow usage is made up of the run itself plus the node types used inside the workflow:

Agents
Agent usage is based on the AI model you choose and token usage (task complexity), with a model multiplier applied. Bring your own API key: agent usage costs a flat 1 credit.

Markifact integrates with the majority of major ads platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and more. We also integrate with CRMs and marketing tools like HubSpot and Klaviyo, plus AI providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini. Use AI Agents when you want to describe a task and let the AI handle it. For example, "create this campaign," "audit these ad sets," or "generate this report." Agents figure out the steps for you, and nothing goes live without your approval. Run them on demand or on a schedule.

Use Workflows when you want structured, multi-step automation with full control over every step. For example, weekly reporting, daily budget checks, lead routing, or scheduled optimizations. Build them visually on a canvas or let the AI Copilot create them for you.

In short: AI Agents = ask, approve, done. Workflows = structured, multi-step automation. Most teams use both together.

Markifact does not store your marketing ads data pulled from connected platforms. We process it in real-time in both workflows and AI agents. For workflows, we keep logs that can help you troubleshoot your workflow when something goes wrong (including node-run logs). These logs are retained for 1–30 days depending on your plan. For AI agents, we keep conversation/task history so you can review it, and you can delete it at any time.

Markifact stores and processes data in the European Union (EU) using Google Cloud Platform and Vercel, configured to use EU data centers.

No. Markifact does not use customer data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.

Yes. Workflows are white-label by nature, and anything you build (like reports and automations) is fully customizable, including outputs like slides. You can also use webhooks to trigger workflows from anywhere and integrate with your existing systems. For AI agents, you can bring your own API keys, build custom agents, and deploy them to Slack using your own Slack apps.
