The workflow will pull all change history in your account from the past 7 days, which is the maximum available through the Meta Ads API.

You can pull just yesterday's data and store it in the sheet by adjusting the time range in the Meta Ads step and changing the write mode in the sheet to append. This allows you to pull and store only recent data while building a comprehensive change log over time.
