This Markifact template helps you generate Meta ad preview links at scale without manually selecting ads one by one.

You simply choose what you want to export (campaigns, ad sets, or ads) and filter them by status. Markifact will fetch all matching ads, generate preview URLs for each one, and export the full list into Google Sheets.

This is ideal for quickly reviewing creatives, sharing previews with stakeholders, or running QA checks before launch.


How it works

  1. Select the export scope:

    • Campaigns
    • Ad sets
    • Ads
  2. Select one or more statuses:

    • Active
    • Paused
    • Archived
    • Any status you want to include in the export
  3. Markifact fetches all matching ads from the selected scope.

  4. For each ad, it generates a preview URL that you can open in a browser.

  5. Results are exported into Google Sheets in a clean, structured format.


What gets exported

Along with preview URLs, you can export additional fields such as:

  • Account name and account ID
  • Campaign name and campaign ID
  • Ad set name and ad set ID
  • Ad name and ad ID
  • Creative ID (optional)
  • Destination URL (optional)
  • Ad status and effective status
  • Created time / updated time (optional)
  • Preview URL

You can adjust the exported fields based on your reporting or QA needs.

Each row represents one ad. The template can include columns like:

  • Campaign Name
  • Ad Set Name
  • Ad Name
  • Ad ID
  • Status
  • Preview URL

This format makes it easy to share, review, and add approval columns such as owner, notes, or feedback.
