The best AgencyAnalytics alternative in 2026 is Markifact, but only if you are leaving for the right reason, so let us be clear about that first.
AgencyAnalytics is a good product. It holds 4.7 out of 5 from 457 reviews on G2, 85% of them five stars, and its dashboards look client-ready out of the box. Almost nobody leaves because it is bad. They leave because it charges $20 per client per month, so the bill is multiplied by your roster forever, and because it can report on your accounts but cannot change them.
If your deliverable is a branded client report, we will point you at the reporting tools below and mean it. If what you actually need is an assistant that runs the accounts, that is a different product and it is the one we build.
Every price below was read from the vendor's own pricing page on September 8, 2026.

The real reason agencies leave: the per-client curve
AgencyAnalytics has simplified to a single plan with every feature included, at $20 per client per month billed annually. That is genuinely good value at small scale. The problem is the multiplier.
| Active clients | AgencyAnalytics | Markifact |
|---|---|---|
| 5 | $100/mo | $79/mo Pro |
| 10 | $200/mo | $79/mo Pro |
| 25 | $500/mo | $249/mo Team |
| 50 | $1,000/mo | $249/mo Team |
At five clients the difference is $21 and not worth switching for. At fifty it is $751 a month, because one price is multiplied by your client count and the other is not. Growing your agency makes your reporting bill grow with it, which is a strange incentive to sign up for.
Two add-ons stack on top if you need them, both billed annually: Rank Tracker at $41.67/mo per 500 keywords and AI Tracker at $20.83/mo per 250 credits. For an SEO-heavy agency the rank tracker is not optional, so budget it as part of the real price rather than an extra.
One billing detail worth knowing before you sign
A reviewer on Trustpilot in February 2025 reported that deleting client campaigns from the platform did not stop the charges, comparing it to "removing or pausing a Google Ads campaign but then Google continues to charge you."
AgencyAnalytics replied publicly, and their answer is the genuinely useful part. They explained the subscription works "similarly to cloud storage plans", where deleting entries frees up space within the limits you have chosen rather than reducing the charge, confirmed a full refund had been issued within two hours, and said they had added an in-app warning.
So this is not a scandal, it is a model you should understand: your bill tracks the plan size you selected, not your current active client count. If you lose a client, downgrade deliberately.
The other pattern worth knowing comes from G2's own aggregated review tags rather than any competitor's claim. The most-mentioned negative by a wide margin is Integration Issues, at 31 mentions, followed by Limited Features (14), Reporting Issues (13), Learning Curve (12) and Connection Issues (12). With dozens of clients, verifying that every integration pulled correctly before reports go out becomes real work.
The 8 best AgencyAnalytics alternatives in 2026
1. Markifact, best for agencies who need to act, not just report
Start with the honest part, because it decides whether the rest is relevant to you.
Markifact has no white-label client portal, no branded client dashboards and no custom report domain. If the thing you hand your client every month is a designed PDF or a portal with your logo on it, Markifact does not replace AgencyAnalytics for that, and you should look at Whatagraph, Databox or Looker Studio below.
What it does instead is the job AgencyAnalytics explicitly cannot do. Both products now ship an MCP server, which makes this the one genuinely like-for-like comparison available. AgencyAnalytics' MCP is read-only, in their own words: "Query any client's performance from Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI tool." Markifact's can read and write.
That means you can ask Claude to find the ad sets above target CPA across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, then pause them and move budget, in the same conversation. On Google Ads alone it exposes more than 60 dedicated operations, covering campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets, keywords and negatives, budgets and bidding, audiences, conversions and experiments.
Every write is approval-gated. The assistant prepares the exact operation, you see precisely what will change, and nothing reaches the platform until you approve that specific operation. An assistant cannot quietly spend a client's money.
The pricing model is the other half of the answer to the per-client curve. It is priced by seats and credits, not by how many clients you serve, and ad accounts are unlimited on every plan.
Pricing: Pro $79/mo, Team $249/mo for 10 to 50 seats, Managed custom. Annual billing gives two months free, and you start free with 200 one-time credits. Covers 36+ platforms on one connection and is listed in Claude's official connector directory.
Best for: agencies where the bottleneck is executing changes across many accounts, and where the reporting can live somewhere else or somewhere cheaper.
2. Whatagraph, best for client reporting at agency scale
If you are leaving AgencyAnalytics purely over the per-client multiplier but you still need polished client reports, Whatagraph is the most direct swap on this list.
Max starts at EUR 699/mo billed annually with 50 credits, where one credit is one data source. Prime is custom and adds premium integrations, a custom report domain, and BigQuery and Looker Studio transfer. Both tiers include unlimited users and unlimited reports, which is the whole pitch: your bill is driven by how many data sources you connect, not how many clients you serve or people you employ.
Run the arithmetic against your own roster. At 50 clients, AgencyAnalytics is $1,000/mo and Whatagraph starts at EUR 699. At 10 clients, AgencyAnalytics is $200 and Whatagraph is still EUR 699. The crossover is somewhere in the thirties, so this is a scale play, not a saving for small agencies.
It also includes "Whatagraph IQ", an AI chat over your reporting data. Like AgencyAnalytics, it is for asking questions, not making changes.
Best for: agencies past roughly 30 clients whose deliverable is a branded report.
3. Databox, best dashboards without per-seat cost
Databox attacks the same problem from a different angle: it charges for data sources and features, and explicitly not for people. Their words: "Unlimited users on Pro, Growth, and Custom means headcount never drives your bill."
The tiers, all billed annually: Free at $0 with 3 data sources, 1 user, 1 dashboard and 11 months of history. Analyst at $64/mo with 5 sources, 1 user and unlimited dashboards. Pro at $159/mo with 3 sources included, $5.60/mo per additional source, unlimited users, 1,500 AI credits and hourly sync. Growth at $399/mo with 4,000 AI credits, unlimited history, 15-minute sync, forecasting and a dedicated CSM. Custom adds white-labeling and SSO.
Note where white-labeling sits: on Custom, not on the published tiers. If client-facing branding is essential, price that conversation before assuming $159 is your number.
Best for: teams who want dashboards for a lot of people without paying per seat.
4. Looker Studio, best free option
Looker Studio is the honest answer to "is there a free alternative", and it is what most neutral comparisons lead with. The core product costs nothing, connects natively to Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Sheets and BigQuery, and you can build genuinely good client dashboards in it.
Two catches decide whether it works for you.
First, non-Google data needs a paid third-party connector. Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and the rest cost extra whatever you do, which is precisely why most of the other tools on this list exist. Budget a connector subscription on top and Looker Studio stops being free.
Second, Looker Studio Pro is billed per user per Google Cloud project, which is the detail agencies miss when they keep a separate project per client. Pro adds organisation-level ownership of reports rather than personal ownership, up to 200 scheduled deliveries per report, workspace roles, a mobile app, Gemini and a 99.9% uptime SLA. It does not make slow dashboards faster.
Best for: agencies whose data is mostly Google-shaped and who have the time to build.
5. Supermetrics, best for getting data into your own BI
Supermetrics is a different category from AgencyAnalytics. It does not produce client reports, it moves data into the tool where you build them, which is the right answer if you have outgrown templated dashboards and want to design your own.
Starter is EUR 39/mo on annual billing (EUR 49 monthly) for 3 data sources, Growth is EUR 159 for 7, Pro is EUR 399 for 10, and Enterprise is custom. Every plan includes one core destination chosen from ChatGPT, Claude, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel or Power BI, and AI usage is metered in credits from 4,000 a month up to 18,000.
Note that it prices by data source, same as Windsor and Dataslayer, so it has its own version of the multiplier problem. We went through that in detail in our Supermetrics alternatives comparison.
Their Google Ads Claude connector page claims full read and write access including campaign creation, though their MCP product page describes analysis only. Confirm which you are buying before relying on it.
Best for: teams pairing a pipeline with Looker Studio or Power BI.
6. Funnel.io, best for messy multi-source data
Funnel is the step up when the problem is the data itself rather than the dashboard: many sources, inconsistent campaign naming, multiple currencies, and a need to harmonise all of it before anyone reports on it.
Starter begins at $300/mo billed annually with 117 connectors and 13 destinations. Business begins at $600/mo with 579 connectors and 46 destinations. Enterprise is custom with 600+ connectors.
That is a large jump from $20 a client, and what it buys is transformation rather than transport. If your reports are wrong because your data is messy, no reporting tool will fix it and this category will.
Best for: mid-market agencies who need data modelled, not just moved.
7. TapClicks, best all-in-one agency suite
TapClicks is the biggest commitment here. It bundles data connectors, dashboards, reporting, order management and workflow into one platform, across four tiers: SmartStory, SmartReports, SmartAnalytics and SmartSuite, with AI features gated by tier including AI-generated decks and, at the top, custom AI agents.
Pricing is quote only, with nothing published. Their homepage and pricing page also disagree on connector count, so get the number that matters to you in writing.
This is bought by established agencies replacing a stack of separate tools, not by anyone comparing against a $20-per-client plan.
Best for: larger agencies consolidating reporting and operations together.
8. Improvado, best for enterprise governance
Improvado is the enterprise end: 1,000+ data sources, governed analysis, and the only tool here besides Markifact selling a dedicated MCP plan.
Free Limited is $0 with 50 MCP actions a week. MCP Only is $100/mo with 2M rows a year and 300 MCP actions a week. Advanced and Enterprise are custom, scaling to 4,000 and 12,000 actions a week.
Read that structure carefully, because it is the same lesson as the per-client curve in a different costume: agent usage is metered per week. If your team asks questions all day, the action counter decides your bill. Its own pricing calculator examples reference $25M+ in annual ad spend, so this is an enterprise product wearing a $100 entry price. The agent analyses, it does not change campaigns.
Best for: large advertisers who need governance across a lot of sources.
How to choose
If your deliverable is a branded client report, stay with AgencyAnalytics until the per-client maths stops working, then move to Whatagraph or Databox for unlimited users, or Looker Studio if you have build time. Do not pick Markifact for this. It does not do it.
If your bottleneck is executing changes across many accounts, that is Markifact, and no reporting tool on this list competes for that job, including AgencyAnalytics' own MCP, which is read-only.
If your reports are wrong because your data is messy, Funnel.io or Supermetrics.
If you need one platform for reporting and operations, TapClicks.
If you are enterprise with governance requirements, Improvado.
The combination most growing agencies actually land on is a cheap or free reporting layer plus a write-capable assistant: Looker Studio or Databox for the client-facing deliverable, Markifact for the work. Together that is often less than AgencyAnalytics alone past about 25 clients, and it does more.
Frequently asked questions
How much does AgencyAnalytics actually cost?
$20 per client per month billed annually, on a single plan with all features included, with a 20% premium for monthly billing. The real number is that multiplied by your client count, plus the add-ons you use: Rank Tracker at $41.67/mo per 500 keywords and AI Tracker at $20.83/mo per 250 credits. Ten clients with rank tracking is roughly $242/mo. Fifty clients is $1,000/mo before add-ons.
Is there a free AgencyAnalytics alternative?
Looker Studio, which is free for the core product and connects natively to Google Ads, GA4, Search Console and BigQuery. Databox also has a genuine free tier with 3 data sources, 1 user and 1 dashboard. The catch with Looker Studio is that non-Google data such as Meta or LinkedIn requires a paid third-party connector, so it is only free if your data is Google-shaped.
Does AgencyAnalytics have an MCP or AI integration?
Yes. AgencyAnalytics includes API access and an MCP server on its plan, letting you "query any client's performance from Claude, ChatGPT, or any AI tool", plus AI insights, benchmarks and anomaly detection in the product. It is read-only, so it answers questions about performance rather than changing campaigns.
Which AgencyAnalytics alternative can actually change campaigns?
Markifact, which exposes more than 60 dedicated Google Ads operations across 36+ platforms with human approval required on every write. Supermetrics claims write access on its Google Ads connector page. Every other tool compared here, AgencyAnalytics included, is read-only reporting or analysis.
Can Markifact replace AgencyAnalytics completely?
Only if client reporting is not your deliverable. Markifact has no white-label client portal, no branded client dashboards and no custom report domain, so it does not replace AgencyAnalytics for handing a client a branded monthly report. It replaces the part where you log into six ad platforms to make changes. Many agencies run a reporting tool and Markifact together.
Why does my AgencyAnalytics bill not drop when I remove a client?
Because the subscription tracks the plan size you selected rather than your current active client count. AgencyAnalytics has described it publicly as working "similarly to cloud storage plans", where deleting entries frees up space within your chosen limits instead of reducing the charge. If you lose a client, downgrade your plan deliberately rather than assuming the removal does it for you.
What is the most common complaint about AgencyAnalytics?
Integration reliability. G2's own aggregated review tags put Integration Issues at 31 mentions, well ahead of Limited Features (14), Reporting Issues (13), Learning Curve (12) and Connection Issues (12). Worth saying that the overall rating is still 4.7 out of 5 from 457 reviews, so this is a friction point rather than a reason most people leave.
How many integrations does AgencyAnalytics have?
85+ data sources by their own count, with the full integrations directory listing 91. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon Ads and X are all supported. Database connectors such as Amazon Redshift are available as an optional add-on rather than being included.
